Clean venue with convenient location in the restaurant 4. Lots of delicious options for meal. Very amiable and efficient staff, free wake up calls and ironing available.

Property was well-run and stunningly beautiful, we liked this place.

Whole place was clean with incredibly beautiful views; comfortable location in the metro Buffalo area. We took a king room and it had climate control, an iron, and an electronic key card. The bed was comfortable, very GOOD service. Our experience here was pleasant.

Location close to airport and other places, the main attraction: Niagara Falls and both downtown Buffalo. Also, to stay away from the Buffalo downtown area. Climate control, pay TV and a coffee maker in the room, comfortable and absolutely perfect location.

Fairly clean hotel, the staff was consistently courteous and great.

Although the hotel was in major renovations, it never intruded on our visit. Only fault was one robe in room for two guests, but it was quickly remedied. Entire staff, from room cleaning to lobby staff and front desk were professional and a made us most welcomed. When in Buffalo again, will certainly stay at the Buffalo Marriott.

Only area for 4 computers for guest use was much too small.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff consistently offered excellent service, quickly assisting with requests related to my work materials. The hotel's location was convenient for access to nearby corporate facilities, further enhancing my stay.

The location was perfect, just a short distance to the university. The newly renovated areas were super clean, and the huge lg tv in the room was a great touch. The staff were friendly, which really stood out .

I had a great time! The indoor pool was super clean and perfect for some relaxation. The personal touch of my name on the TV was a nice surprise. The arcade brought back some fun memories!

The location was convenient and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness left much to be desired as the first room had dirty sheets and the air conditioning was lacking. Breakfast options were scarce and unappetizing, but staff were mostly accommodating.

The room was super comfy with a huge tv, a cozy sofa, and a spacious bathroom with fresh towels and free toiletries. I appreciated the air conditioning and the bottle of water provided. Easy parking and friendly staff made getting around easy. The location gives quick access to nearby food and shopping.

The organic chicken at the on-site restaurant was a flavor explosion! Plus, the large TV in our newly renovated room made our downtime super enjoyable. Finally, the free coffee was the perfect pick-me-up after a long day.

Not even the coffee could overshadow the rough start with our check-in saga, thanks to Carrie's mix-up at the front desk. It was a bit of a hassle at first, but we laughed it off as we settled in later.

The guest king room was clean and spacious. Proximity to the university campus made it convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The large TV added to the overall comfort.
